The goal of the Bath and Body Works Rebrand was to break down and declutter their visual language in order to give the brand a clear and consistent voice and feel which can be easily understood by the consumers. The mission of Bath and Body Works is to help consumers improve their emotional and physical well being by providing products which aid in self care. By reducing the visual noise and conflict and replacing this with a consistent system of soft, relaxing, and beautiful colors and simple graphics, the brands visual language more accurately matches their mission; This mission can now be clearly communicated to consumers and the Bath and Body Works brand can appeal to the next generation of self care lovers while still appealing to the current customer base.
